Delicious Pumpkin Fluff Dip

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F (175°C) and bake 40–50 minutes.
  5. Cool before serving.
