Gooey Apple Caramel Bombs
Assemble the Bombs: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit, along with a caramel candy. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Melt the Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the remaining tablespoon of butter. Dip each apple bomb into the melted butter, then roll them in crushed peanuts for added crunch.
Bake the Bombs: Place the prepared bombs on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with Caramel: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
