How to Make Fried Chicken Strips

Cut the chicken breast into strips and place them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well, cover, and let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes.

After marinating, add an egg, cornstarch, and flour to the chicken. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

Take each chicken strip and roll it in breadcrumbs, pressing down lightly so the crumbs adhere nicely.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken strips and fry until they’re golden brown and crispy, flipping as needed for an even cook.

Once cooked, place the chicken strips on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
