Spinach & Feta Pan Bread

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch of black pepper

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, yogurt, oil, and water. Knead into a soft dough.
  2. Mix spinach, feta, olive oil, and pepper for the filling.
  3. Divide dough in two; roll out one half, spread the filling, then cover with the second half. Seal edges.
  4. Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat — 3–4 min per side until golden and crispy.
